Todays tip is on movement, I call it the build in recover, what i mean by that it is your ability to recover after every shot, without even thinking about it. Making it seem natural like the pros, first judge your opponent next shot, by how they set up for it, your opponent will often give you clues to where they are going if you are looking for them. Next stay on the balls of your feet, try doing drills that will give you a more explosive first step. A build in recover actually develop on its own through practice and repetition. The more you practice it, the better you will get at it. Its a matter of all ways trying to get quicker with you recover, after you finish the stroke, on balance.
