Decision Making

This goes for on and off the court, you have to learn how to make the right decision, to achieve your dreams and goal. I think its a process too, the more you practice the better you get at it. Most of us are too in decisive, when we make a decision, so as a result we are often second guessing ourselves. This weakens our ability to make things happen for us, just start thinking through your problems and deciding on something, then move on, don't look back. If you do this for a while, you will find that your decision making ability will improve and also your self-confident will soar. This is all about building up your self-image, when we start making better decision on and off the court, we multiply our powers. As for as on the court, is putting in the work, then trusting that everything will work out in the end. On the court is not the time for thinking, you have to be in the moment and let your instincts take over. Off the court decision will determine how you do on the court, so get a notebook and record your progress. Always be honest with yourself and keep revising your plan, be open and creative to make sure that you are giving yourself the best opportunity to succeed. Last thing, put forth the effort, its lack of self-effort that holds most of us back, this is were you have to be honest with yourself, if you are not putting enough effort in to achieve your goals. To make it simple, just pay the price and its your, whatever that is. If you follow this method, getting a scholarship is going to be a slam dunk. The decision is up to you.Sports Fruit
